remind me again please

that the Fleet training facility will train fleets in that system and do not have to have the fleet over the planet.

I have had a Fleet Training Facility for over 5 months now in a PBW game and none of the fleets have increased in Exp. grr

You need a psychic training facility to train further away than the sector it is in.
