Identify Items?

How can I Identify the items I'm picking up? I have 5 rings. Maybe they are special maybe not. Is there a spell or someone in town that can tell me what if an item is special or not? Does this even exist in this game?

unidentified item are not a part of this game , normal ring are just non magical ring , they are pretty useless to wear.
