Procedural question
 

I tried unsuccessfully to search the forum, so I'll just ask. Sorry if this has been asked before.

How do you make use of special sites that need to be entered to recruit something? ie - Dragon Mountain states "an air mage may enter to summon a draconian". I got my air mage to the site and found his command to "enter site", which I did. Now what? I don't see draconians in the recruit section and I don't see any spells or commands listed to recruit them. Does there have to be a fort on the province?

You should be getting one added to your garrison troops on the 't' screen each time.
