Narf, you should definitively not trigger that button. I mean, you can still take over the world, making worldwide surgical tactical strikes a mistake. Only consider bombing the whole world if you are thoroughly defeated and cannot hope to turn the tables; if you cannot rule the world, then why should someone else?
