stream read error

i try use my own graphics and i see error messages: stream read error. it always happend when i try choose my new race. It must be something diffrent in graphics. I have the same format: bmp 24 bit, and the same large 128/128 or 36/36 pixels. What is wrong? Anybody knows?

You've got a corrupted format BMP file.
Try using Irfanview to convert it to a standard BMP file.

Photoshop makes bad default .bmp formats.
