OT: Master of Orion

from what I've been reading in the 4x strategy game community, the MOO series seems to be pretty popular. I vaguely remember playing one of them a long time ago, and I was kind of impressed. I've also seen people say that MOO3 is not good - if I wanted to try out one of the games in the series, which one should I look for? (and where could I find it?)

MOO 2 is probably your best bet; look in used game stores and the like.

MOO (1) IS A GREAT OLD DOS GAME.

It runs on my WIN98se system, with a Sound Blaster compatible card or SB Live with old SB emulator.

Otherwise you may need to download a free copy of DOS BOX.
