Proportions Stellar Manip
 

Ok, I'm a numbskull. A while back I asked the forum "what do I need to research in the latest Proportions mod to get to stellar manip components?"

And now I can't finf the post and the answers I got.

Anybody (ALneyan?) willing to tell me again?

Universe Manipulation plus appropriate other theoretical sciences, such as Ion Manipulation for storms... not sure what all of them are but that's one I do know http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif
