Strange item to bring to our attention, but while we're on the topic, recently I read of a Japanese Stockbroker who intended to offer 1 share for about 650,000 Yen. He stuffed up and offered 650,000 shares for 1 Yen each. There's a guy I expected would commit suicide. Cost his firm about $250 Million.

That's just a small error..Transposition of two numbers. Only the location made it important. People do stuff like that all the time.
