 Another AI Facility Question You'd think I was a masochist or something... Im still trying to get my damn Minsiters to build what I want... Does anyone know what you would put into the "Default_AI_Construction_Facilities.txt" to make a minister build Monolith Facils? Also, is there anything special you have to do if you make a new Colony type besides putting the params into Default_AI_Construction_Facilities.txt"? Thanks |

 Re: Another AI Facility Question You can't, unless you modify the monolith facilities to have some special attribute that you can call for. Mod the monoliths to have "Warp Point - Turbulence", which will have no effect on the game, but allow you to call for a facility with that ability, resulting in the construction of a monolith! If you give mineral miners I/II/III a tubulence ability of 1/2/3, and the monoliths I/II/II a turbulence ability of 4/5/6, Then a call for turbulence will get you the best monolith, and if monoliths are not researched yet, the best mineral miner. |

 Re: Another AI Facility Question It works for components, though there are only so many non-functioning abilities to go around. Weapons, of course, are easy to set up; just get the family number you want. If only the rest was that simple.. Phoenix-D |
