Another possible 1.49 bug

For some reason, ships over a planet with a shipyard do not show up in the Scrap/Analyze/Mothball window if they are in a fleet. Take it out of the fleet, and it's fine. Am I going crazy, or do I recall being able to select ships in a fleet for retrofitting under the previous patch.

If it helps, I am playing with the patch that was posted on PBW Last night, before it was retracted and reissued today. Were there any Last minute fixes since yesterday?

Possibly why this has changed... I know in the previous patch, with simultaneous turns, if you tried to retrofit a ship in a fleet, the orders would be given to the first ship in the fleet list, which usually wasn't the ship you wanted to retrofit.
