Some questions about SE4
 

Hello, i just downloaded the demo and i have some questions about the full Version. I noticed when you create a empire there is a 'race age' next to it. Does your empire like get older the longer you play? Also i assume you can save and load empires in the full Version, for some reason i couldn't load my empire in the demo.

They do age (though it doesn't do anything) and you can save/load them. With or without the designs you've made.
