TempCombatFile.cmb TDM-Mod error

I'm playing the TDM-Modpack and early on get an "unable to create file TempCombatFile.cmb" error. I think two AI races I can't see are fighting and this is the result.

Anyone else seeing this?

Could you find out what races are fighting? Could be a missing drone strategy...
