does anyone know anything about these? price? quality? support? good ones? good idea?

I tried some out a few years back in 1997. Don't know about the price since I wasn't looking to buy really. It was a commercial company that was hired for high school graduation... knowing my old high school they were probably high quality. I wasn't overly impressed. It was nice and all but not something I had the feeling was a super leap forward in technology graphically.

A few searches on the web turn up $200 for a low cost low end VR headset. Too much for my taste for the quality I got from my brief exposure.

i found one for 100 that had 800 by 600. have to find some way to try some, maybe if i find i store that sells them, they'll have a display pair. oh yeah, thanks for any and all answers.

Comparing 1997 technology with 2003 technology is not a good thing to do, cause technology advances at a very rapid pace these days.
