PBW problems?

What's going on with the PBW server? I am in a game with a fully automated turn that expired about 10 hours ago without being executed...

Also, apparently the server doesn't receive (or process?) emailed turns.

I've seen a turn auto-processed today, although I did use the web interface to send it in.

Sometimes e-mail turns cause problems - I don't know why people even bother with it. It seems a lot easier just to upload at the pbw site.
