Torpedoes doing damage on near misses.
I would love to have torpedoes on my larger ships later in the game but never get around to researching soon enough because their are better weapon systems early on in the game for the size of them....

I also think troops should be standard technology to all races. It shouldn't have to be researched. It's not Rocket Science!
It's a technology every race would have long before they reached outer...

If maintainence costs were lower it would be economical to robo-mine,and to offset the lower maintainence cost, ships (not units or facilities) would need to cost more.

Maintanence costs should be lowered and price of ships not units should be raised.

When you shut off intelligence,I noticed the AI races still allocate(waste)race characteristics points on cunning. I wish MM would fix it so cunning is disabled and the AI races don't waste points on...

I use a galaxy with 200 systems. What would be an appropriate maximum number for units and ships per player. The game defaults of 100 and 100 wouldnt be right,since a player would have more than 100...
