I just made them all do nothing... seeing as how its a disadvantage to those who use the cultures with broken modifiers. Now I see them as more of a Role-Playing thing...

Firstly, I'm upto date on BOTH Versions, SE4 & the ModPack. Second, I selected the race sytle for the race I was using. Also, the stategies WERE in the default.
So, again, can anybody confirm this...

I don't think the numbers are actual numbers for mines &troops... I would think of each as a squadron/group. When you think about it... what are the chances that a ship will hit a single 10 ton...

Two things... One that doesn't change the default. (if you modify the design after setting it, it will revert to the default, which, for a unknown type, is Optimal Firing Range) Two, that wasn't what...
