Ammo Cannister's missing???

Andy, Don.

OOB's 11 (Russia), and 35 (Finland) don't have the small 1 man ammo cannisters. I couldn't find one for OOB 34 (Italy) either, but I don't read Italian, so maybe it's just hiding???

OOB11 (russia) inconsistancy.

Don,Andy.

Unit 16, M3 Lee tank available 11/41, is listed with the M6 L57 37mm gun, I think that should be the M5 L53 gun. I think only the Brits M3's had the M6 gun initially.

Thanks

Re: Amazingly hard

Maybe not as much as you think, Claus. The AP still has pen 6, compared to 9 for the sabot. If the costs were calculated for the sabot load, a cheap tank will be even cheaper. Pen 6 on a flank shot...

Re: Amazingly hard

One other tank to consider, though it has notable downsides: The T-18M. 45mm gun, CMG, 2 armor all around, it's not fast, but it sure is SLOW. ;) However, the 45mm sabot (which is 100% of the AP load...

Re: Amazingly hard

KV-1's, or especially, KV-1E's are pretty good against early German tanks, though expensive. By the time they are close enough for a 37mm or short 50 to threaten you, they are well inside the lethal...

Re: M4 Duplex Drive question

Pretty much, but it was a huge variety of naval guns. Pretty much anything that could float and had deck space for something was conscripted.

Re: Lewis gun higher accuracy than Bren?

Yeah, nothing like being hit by a company of Finnish T-28's in 1940, they only captured like 3 the whole war

Re: Amazing feats from your units?

I'm afraid to report this one, I might jinx myself.

Germans are assaulting me outside of Leningrad now, with multiple regiments of off board 105mm and 15cm guns. Apparantly the Kapitan of my...

Re: Lewis gun higher accuracy than Bren?

I don't think so, I remember reading here somewhere that one of the sniper classes special attributes was the ability to convert a killing shot into extra surpression.

I might have it wrong, but I...

Whats an Aplomet??

Playing with some more Russian Partisans, one of the support weapons is a "Ampulomet 1941", which is some variety of ranged napalm weapon. What I'm curious about is, what exactly was it? Some type of...

I've been getting a LOT of "air-mail" in my LC lately, the off axis attack has been pretty common, but I've not noticed anything more then the third hex off the flightpath for the first gun attack of...

Re: Amazing feats from your units?

A couple games ago in my Russian LC (10/41), my KV-1 company commander destroyed an entire Pz 38 company in 2 1/2 turns.

The Pz's came out of a small, edge of map forest onto the rear flank of my...

Russian OOB question (160mm mortar)

The 160mm mortar (weapon 71) in the Russian OOB has accuracy 3, MOBhack help says that breechloading mortars should have accuracy 5. Is this a bug, or just accounting for some other accuracy problem?...

Re: Recon/Strike group.
