No problem. With PS, think "tolerance" instead of "threshold" -- that's the term it uses for paintbrush and all that. And for color select, think magic wand tool.

If any player, at any point, has no provinces on the map with at least 1 dominion in it, that player is out of the game. Thus, a massively large empire can conceivably just get wiped out in a turn...
