I installed the new files on two computers. In both cases I put them in a dummy directory and then copied them to where I wanted them which was not the standard TDM-ModPack directory.

Low Cost Tech broken in Gold?

I started a Low Cost Tech game in Gold and the initial costs are all the same as Medium. High Tech initial costs are mostly double Medium. Is Low Cost Tech broken in Gold?
