FW thugs 1.00 release

Finished it up for zeldor and anyone else's use.
Adds thugs and low-grade SCs for fire and water, and an f/n summon.

it'd be nice if there was a command for mages to get close enough to cast a spell "X" then cast it.

when the att/def roll is made on the repel attack, the repelling unit gets a bonus...
