Yes, I also like to change my empire file, but there are some problems with pbw.

There was a game hosted by 1fstcat called Limited Resources. The idea was that on a map with 8 players and only a few planets, resources would become very valuable in the end.

I have two options: every team has thesame colonization type (eq rock, gas , ice). THis in favour of the game idea.
