The messages could be sped up a little IMHO
Even with message delay set to fastest, graphics and all s that set faster, they still hold up the action a little.
like you have to wait for the message...

Can you add more sound files and then assign a certain weapon to it..and add it to the .ini file?
what I am saying is
for instance...there is no sound # 10, can you say add a sound # 10 and also...

Speaking of the mouse pointers and crosshairs
I switched out the Mouse.shp file for my own preference, but I still see the Big clock and Big crosshair?????
Is there another SHP file that has these...

You can use either Wav files or Mp3s
Just make sure to rensame your new sound to the same name as your old one, then make sure in the.INI file,found in the game data/sounds folder, you have it...

M113 Recoilless and M113 TOW shp files for SPMBT version 2.0.
The two icons are non-centered, so these wehicles look weird if you don't fix the shp...

Anyway other than the code to speed these up?

I have not had a problem using sp fix..
in fact, I have moved alot of the ID flags on top of the vehicles so you can actually see the vehicle Icon when you have the id flags on....

they will only affect PBEM games if you change then using mobhack.
Just manually switching sound files wont affect anything.
