Special battles come up now and then.

You get better VP from them, if you win, or the ratio for a decisive battle is lower. You don't get any chance to repair or refit any units though beforehand....

I have been playing as well as coding the games for 20+ odd years now, and so would by now have twigged any such cheat code if it existed.

I already use a tweaker for the start menu for windows 10 (classic shell) to replace the useless bodge microsoft foisted on us and regain a windows-XP style start menu.

Only in that a pinned ammo unit resupplies at a lower rate and so a higher status one may take less supppression from shells going off nearby and so not be pinned by it, or not run away from it...

They are purely for laying of instant minefields, and priced extortionately so as not to allow the player to spam mines all over the map on a whim. They only get 3 sots as well, for the same reason....

Bunkers can be succesfully engaged with rifle fire, it creates suppression and occasionaly a round gets through the firing ports. Same with general HE bombardment as well.

I simply made the changes in mobhack, then loaded the sample turn 0 game you sent and all was well.
