We can use scales also. To do a certain thing based on whether or not a particular province has specific scales, or population, or terrain. Maybe even poptype and units. "The xxxx see...

We now have (4?) different Game Master mods that I know of.
Watcher, DungeonMaster, Debug, Pantokrator.
The original concept of the Watcher mod was to create an unobtrusive member of the game...
