Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

I'll happily concede this one. This game has made me very aware that I need to learn a lot more about the late game.

Congrats to R'Lyeh.

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

I'd have no problems calling the game. I had only two plans left for dealing with you. One of them failed, and the other one is both unlikely and very time-consuming. Just can't compete with you...

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

I'll be honest. I haven't really been enjoying this game for a while. I'm slowly pushing into Patala's territory, but the thought of how long it would take to conquer them completely...

I'd have...

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

96 hrs. might not be a bad idea. Though we may also want to discuss where this game is going. For a while now, we've had some trouble with everyone getting turns in. The game's gone on over a...

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

Thanks. Was about to extend the deadline myself. Just got back from a trip that took a little longer than expected. A little disconcerting to note that I apparently staled the last turn. Could...

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

Caught your message just in time here, as the game's scheduled to host in 15 minutes or so. I delayed it by 24 for now, if you need the full 72 we can probably do that.

Stepping back a bit, I'd...

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

I may or may not have extended the turn. That is, I told it to postpone hosting, and it said it would, but the server still lists the turn as being due Sunday, and the admin log doesn't show the...

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

I've extended things another 24 hours while we work this out. I have no objections to a rollback, assuming that's workable. What do we need here?

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

I've taken the liberty of extending the turn limit, as it's the holidays and some people are likely to be distracted. If everyone still gets their turns in it should host as normal.

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

Noticed that two of six players haven't gotten a turn in, with just an hour left to go. I figured people in the States might still be getting back home from Thanksgiving, which would explain things....

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

Something's just now come up, and I'd like to request a delay of 48 hours for the next turn. If we're looking for a sub, we can probably use a bit of a delay in any case, so hopefully this doesn't...

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

Heh. Misread the request for 2 hours as one for 12 hours, sorry.

And I have to say, things are looking interesting. I'd spent some time considering how Seas of Ice would alter the landscape. ...

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

Long have our seers walked the desolation of the coast, seeking signs of what is to come. And at long last, we have received an answer. A great black walrus was seen in the pools before the great...

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

An out-of-character response for a moment, as I notice that Marignon has been eliminated from the game.

I'd like to extend a thank-you to 13lackGu4rd for substituting in when the previous player...

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

And it appears that I was worried for nothing after all, as it looks like everyone's in on time except Ulm, who's gone. I'm gone for a little while, but I'd imagine one of the other admins can force...

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

As Agartha's turn is already in, I'm assuming that sansanjuan wanted the next turn postponed until after Monday, rather than this one. However, from the looks of things, a couple players may have...

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

Just to make a few things clear from my end, with regards to Man and Marignon:

Man did not pay me or even ask me to attack Marignon. I made that decision of my own free will. My invasion was...

Re: Gluttony - LA Game - Running

I've just found out that I'll need to be out of town this weekend. If possible, I'd like to request a delay on turns posting between, say 19:00 Friday (Llamaserver time), and the same time on...

Re: Gluttony - LA game for new to intermediate players (Recruiting)

I think I've played two games of Dom3, and that was nearly two years ago. So I think I qualify as inexperienced, if not exactly new.

If you'll have me, I'd love to give it a go. Put me down for...

Re: ComfortZone - All MA Nations - Running

Sorry about that. Meant to set things to AI last turn, but I must have forgotten to actually send it in, so go ahead and switch it over. It's been fun, and I thought my spiders had a chance for a...

Re: ComfortZone - All MA Nations - Running

I could probably use more time, even if it does look like my empire is running short on that particular resource.

I vote yes on extending to 51 hours.

Re: Chronicles_MA - General Game Discussion

At least in my case, just a result of a busy holiday season. Got the turn end for this one mixed up with another game I'm in, and thought I had another day or so. Should be fine from here.

Re: LA Atlantis - frozen death from all directions

Baalz, I'd like to thank you for this guide. I used it, and to great effect, in my first MP game, which has just wrapped up. I decided to go all-out on the bless, with a E9S9N4 imprisoned monolith....

Re: Archaean - New LA Game - Upload pretenders

After I lost my seraph I realized that attacking your capital was not a strategy that would work out for me. I changed to summoning more seraphs and attacking territories almost at random, figuring...
