I didn't realize temporal shields didn't regenerate... that would explain the "my shield isn't regenerating!" problem I have...

I pause all the time to give orders, or to take out incoming fire with beams... but I'd still like a hotkey for "fire" since it's one of the most common activities...

Friendly ships just sit around not doing anything... were you pitting two fleets against each other while watching as a Deep Hunter maybe?

Just started playing with the simulator (out of frustration with the crash-when-changing-ships bug mentioned elsewhere) but two Muktian frigates and a corvette will do it.

I went for the download so as to not wait. Not having packaging to throw away is a bonus, and I'm not sure the paper manual is necessary either (unless it has a lot of stuff about modding).

There is at least a rumor that you don't get any points for enemies blown up by the Furies. I haven't tested it myself, but since reading that I've used the gong a lot less.
