Have to answer my own question...
The files I saved were on Mozy. Inspection shows no difference between what they hold and what a fresh download gives me. However, using a mod fresh off the forum...

Trying to re-mod!
Had to have my computer scrubbed after some nasty viruses. Installed WW fine, put in the 1.22 patch, fine. But the mods (which I'd saved off), I'm having problems with.
My weird world directory is...
