Given the "quality" of their amphibious vehicles ... frequently I'm sure.
While I can't speak to the overall EXP/MOR of Ukrainian forces just having folks that have (probably) seen the elephant...

At a guess they're nothing more then army troops with amphibious training and MAYBE amphibious vehicles (probably former Soviet) replacing those normally used.
I can't find a thing about them...
