There should be plenty of time to do those things, as long as you're not doing everything on a plot of land that it on the edge of the map. Also, if you're playing on "Pro" skill level, the timer...

Hey guys. I'm glad you like the demo. The full game does go 12 turns (months). Of course, there is a bunch of other stuff in the full Version as well.
