It doesn't seem like a very viable society type, though I like the idea. It gives penalties to so many other things, and the boosts it gives are kind of meagre. But this is just how it seems to me....

oh and once they add that, it would be neat if a war-centric government-type would have "reverse" war-tolerance. Like, if you're NOT at war, your happiness suffers.
