Re: Troubling Times: Large EA CBM Game (11/24 nations remaining)

Ulm is doomed. There are only a few individuals left. Our divine lord, Pozceracz has fallen as has our capitol of Western Sembia.

If anyone is mounting serious resistance, you may have our trove...

Re: Troubling Times: Large EA CBM Game (14/24 nations remaining)

I apologize most sincerely for not submitting my turn yet, but I would appreciate an extension and I will get to it tomorrow. Otherwise, stale me b/c I'm drunk and nothing would probably be better...

Re: Troubling Times: Large EA CBM Game (14/24 nations remaining)

I must've missed something as I was not aware of the stale (reads backwards).

Re: Troubling Times: Large EA CBM Game (14/24 nations remaining)

Zeldor, you seem to be getting a bit.... How shall I put this... "bent out of shape" for no reason other than you feel that you will lose to Amhazair, and that you don't like to lose. In my...

Re: Troubling Times: Large EA CBM Game (14/24 nations remaining)

I would agree that it would be quite constructive to share not just one but all VP totals to get a sense of where the game is at.

Re: Troubling Times: Large EA CBM Game (Running)

I will be able to submit turns all through the holidays but would prefer not to do so between the 23rd and the 25th and from the 31st through the 1st.

Re: Kings of Drama - Keeping up the proud tradition

My last province is taken, and I am now officially out of the game.

Have fun!

Re: Kings of Drama - Keeping up the proud tradition

Success! The destruction of Pythium's capitol fortification went as planned. All remaining provinces should be at or above 100 unrest.

Aaah.... Mission accomplished.

Re: Kings of Drama - Keeping up the proud tradition

Pythium is nation #29, Mictlan is #33.

I had thought it was somehow randomized... I recall reading something in the manual (that I don't want to look up right now) that said that aggressive...

Re: Kings of Drama - Keeping up the proud tradition

No... My lackluster expansion was due to stupidity resulting from laziness... Blaming the map will not improve my future performance.

Re: Kings of Drama - Keeping up the proud tradition

Gladiators are relatively easy to kill, but I had figured you wouldn't actually fight them instead preferring to use the standard anti-gladiator tactic which is to take them out with a tiny force set...

Re: Troubling Times: Large EA CBM Game (Running)

This game has been going for fewer turns than smaller games that I have played, and I think has been about average (given the small sample set of MP games I've played since returning to Dominions) in...

Re: Kings of Drama - Keeping up the proud tradition

Better sport how? I always release any interesting information I have when I go down--once it has no intelligence value for me, what's the point in keeping it secret? Additionally... since I'm sure...

Re: Kings of Drama - Keeping up the proud tradition

Pythium's doom has been sealed by Mictlan. The empire will be burned so as not to enrich them any further.

The Capitol of Pythium is province 89.

There are no significant magic sites to...

Re: Kings of Drama - Keeping up the proud tradition

Sounds like you selected "America" as your nation rather than Caelum. What you need to do is select "Construct Building" from the orders menu and then "Demolish McDonalds". That should fix it.

Re: Troubling Times: Large EA CBM Game (Running)

I would say take whoever is interested provided they are not an active player in the game. Someone who was eliminated earlier would be a good choice since they have more knowledge of the game than...

Re: Kings of Drama - submit pretenders!

I would have to approve of the restart, much though I dislike the idea. One option would leave Ashdod essentially crippled and the other would make an AI player on turn 4... Neither of those are...

Re: Kings of Drama - submit pretenders!

Storm Demons are also immune to storms. I usually use it to block enemy fliers or for mages, of course--lightning spells have naturally high precision.

I like the Staff of Storms best as it...
