Crash to desktop playing PBEM

The game crashes during the battles replay and I cannot get access to the strategic map. We were forced to end the game.
Below I attach the game file.

I answer myself: It is possible. I invaded Borneo and made it a functional base inmediately.

Hello. I'd like to know one thing: Is it possible to invade an enemy base, capture it and use the supply convoys to rebuild it in the same turn?

I think my level is low,I have played against the IA, never against other player. I prefer to play historical scenarios of any front, country or year of the war. I guarantee one...
