Not sure how the rolls actually work but as a rule of thumb that I play, if the suppression value is higher than the rally score of the leader, the rally attempt tends to fail.

I assume autorally is for end of turn- beginning of turn rallies.
The order of rallies is correct. It's the Platoon Leader first, then Company Leader, then Section Leader.
So it's always impt...
