The problem was that I didn't rename some of the lay outs and that seems to have prevented the slots form loading. Here is the replacement file that fixes that.

I did not change the slot file except to replace the slots for the ships I used. I wonder what happened to the slots for the rest of the ships? They shouldn't have been effected so I never checked...
