Windowed mode offers 1600x1280 which is the one I was thinking of. That should fit on your screen?.
There wont be any changes to the list of fixed resolutions, which were all for XP and earlier...

1920x1080 is one of the old style 4:3 "square" modes, you will need a monitor which supports it - old CRT monitors like IILyamas did, but modern flatscreen ones use wider ratios, it may fit on a 4K...
