Maybe but neither is used by a specialized airborne formation as a sub formation so more likely it was a cut-and-paste error that's been in there since the early days and nobody noticed until now and...

Good question. I suspect when it was originally built it may have been copied from another formation then altered to be the How Pl and the +5 was forgotten about. F046 has the same issue. None of the...
