Yes, it's set at mineral...at least as far as storage facilities are concerned. The rest mentioned are all "minerals". Is this hurting anything? And one other thing I just noticed...I used an AI which concentrated on colonizing the homesystem first...The game Lasted 10 turns. The range check error popped up when the first new system was explored by an escort.
