Small feedback on Mod 1.00 Pack:

Good news: Earth Alliance AI builds Atmospheric Modification Plants.
Bad News: It builds them also on Oxygen planets, that need no atmospheric modification for their population.

But besides this, great improvement. I like the heavy use of the units by the Earth Alliance very much. Thank you for your great work.
