Hmmm, I thought it was fixed before. It happens because .emp files were generated before changes to strategies.txt Try do not use existing .emp files and let SE generate AI players randomly.
If problem persist, check what race cause it and take a look on AI_strategies file in the race directory.

BTW, be sure it is gold-TDM Version for gold-SeIV
