Ship A, exp. 25%
Ship B, exp. 8%
Ship C, exp. 13%
In combat everyone has 25% experience. This technology can not be researched, but you can find it in ruins. I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, though.

No not really. I want one ship that increases the combat abilities of all the other ships with it irregardless of what components they have. I suppose a modern day comparison would be the AWACS airplane. |
