Default Few Starter Questions
Hello!

How can i build ringworld or sphereworld? I can put it only on a base (largest ship -> baseship is not big enough), but i cant move base to star?

If I build 2 system mineral scanners, do they modify system mining to 60%? (and other system modifiers?)
