Being a race, I wouldn't expect anyone to actually end up with Quantum Reactors by the end anyway.
My idea was to keep things relatively simple. Stock SEIV. A few challenges but nothing too much out of the ordinary from a stock game. Testing basic SEIV skills. Perhaps a future game will have more challenging aspects.
