Advanced Storage Techniques on ships???
Question: Why doesn't Advanced Storage Techniques work for ships as well as planets? I always use that racial trait. Getting 30 facilities instead of 25 on a huge planet is a big advantage in my mind and well worth the points. However this does not seem to apply to ships / units / sats / etc. Is this something hard coded or is it do-able (is that a word?) in a mod?
It be a BIG advantage IMO to have 1200Kt instead of 1000Kt on a DN, dontcha' think?? Even 180Kt instead of 150Kt on an escort is an advantage. Maybe it could be applied to components instead - a 20% reduction in the size of the component. Unfortunately, I have had no time to do any mods myself.
Any ideas anyone???
