Psychotic is Bloodthirsty to a whole new level and Logical are the Bonuses of Peaceful with some of the advantages of Bloodthirsty.

Reminds me of how a character in Dungeons and Drangons could be: "Chaotic - Lawful". They could do crazy things but only if it was ethical.
