Whats this one good for?
I didn't find an explanation either...
I'd imagine its for not being attacked by pirate/alien vessels or am I wrong here?
Furthermore...how are you guys distributing your experience points? I thought about giving it all on shield power, but then there are such nice things as shield regenerators...
