Experience raises by 1 Attack, Defence, Morale, Precision, (leadership for commanders) ... fine, other things? I've read encumberance is lowered by exp ... is it true?

Attacks ... people with 2 attacks never kills 2 people, does all attacks are concentrated on one single target? How does they works (giving 2 weapons, or having weapons with more attacks like flail...). The only way to attack twice I found (killing 2 people at round) are the boots of ***don't remember however the water blue boots***.
