Actually that is exactly why I would shoot it down... Too many people take it. You lose trading leverage for breathers to trade when you have the same atmosphere as 75% of the other races in the game...

Yeah but, if everybody
knows that rock/oxy is common ... and doesn't take it ... then it becomes a good thing to take again ...see?
