$2 bills are not as rare in certain dancing establishments.
They seem to be better to use than the $1 bills in attracting the type of talent ones attends these places to receive.
I once gave a $2 bill as a tip in a restaurant. The waiter basically freaked out and thought I was great for giving such a rare bill as a tip. He said he would take it home and save it. Strange, but better than calling the police.
