I'm not even sure what the heck you are getting at here AT. If this supposed to be some tongue-in-check commentary for Galatic Civilizations II, then it doesn't really come across at that...
In fact, if I didn't have privy to SE:V, I would be greatly confused about the info you posted and wondering if you were talking about SE:V and that it was being 'screwed over' - which IT IS NOT for everybody else's relief.
