Its been a long time since I played a high tech level game but I don't know if we should play one of those on the top of the hill. If you want to:
*Balanced System Mod map
*manual placement
*good home world
*high tech level
*0 racial points
*no talisman
*no intelligence
*koth defaults for the rest
